Services & Payment Policies

Flat Fee: $3,000 (USD) annually

Service Inclusions:

• Full coverage of roof condition inspections and roof tilts assessment.
• Service provided twice (2) monthly. (24 cleanings per year)
• Unlimited number of solar panels per cleaning (Roof conditions and tilt included)

 **Renewal:** The subscription automatically renews annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Subscription is subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.

Fee: $15 per solar panel.

Service Additions:

• Individual services does **not** include inspections/assessments of roof conditions or tilts.
• An assessment will be conducted prior to services, and final cost estimate will be provided including (Panel fee & Assessment results)

Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if no work has been initiated by Paradise Solar Solution LLC.

Prorated Refund: If work has commenced but is incomplete, a prorated refund will be issued. The prorated amount will be calculated based on the following factors:

• The condition of the roof.
• The degree of roof tilt.
• The number of solar panels cleaned or serviced at the time of cancellation.
• Prorated refunds will reflect any work completed up to the cancellation notice.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing, and refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approved request.
• All prorated refunds will take into account any outstanding balances for work already completed. 

• Paradise Solar Solution LLC reserves the right to inspect the property prior to initiating services to assess roof conditions and panel accessibility.
• This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to customers at least 30 days before implementation.
• By subscribing or purchasing a individual service from Paradise Solar Solution LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
